When the spray-on bed liner touches the surface of the truck bed, the air causes a chemical reaction which changes the coating from a liquid state to a sealed hard, skid resistant coating. The dry time is dependant upon the humidity - the more humid, the faster the cure time. And while the coating may be dry to the touch in just a few hours, a full cure suitable for heavy use requires 24-48 hours. The spray-on bed liner matches the contours of the inside of the bed and can also be color-matched to your vehicle. Spray-on truck bed liners won’t chip, flake or peel and is resistant to damage from gasoline and most chemicals & solvents. It can withstand years of heavy duty use. The following tips are very useful for the applying of truck bed liners:
  • Before applying the truck bed liners, it is very important to thoroughly clean your truck bed. You don’t want dirt or debris to be a permanent part of your truck bed after the truck bed liner is applied.


  • Always wear gloves when applying the spray on truck bed liner. Carefully read the manufacturers directions for what to do incase you get the stuff on your hands.


  • Use masking tape or fine line painting tape to cover surfaces that you don't want to get the truck bed liner on. Remember to pull the masking tape as soon as you apply the second coat. Once the spray bed liner starts to dry, it gets so hard that you may have to use a knife to separate the tape from the truck bed liner.
